Parallel Coffee Roasters was founded by two brothers who aimed to tackle one crucial problem in Singapore: finding a good cup of coffee for less than $5! 

Their company's goal is quite simple: they are committed to serving their customers only what they would serve themselves: 'good coffee, good food at good prices, in good company'. Sounds good! 

Since establishing themselves in 2017, their operations have expanded to include two locations; in the up-market electrifying atmosphere of Club Street, and the upscale waterfront shopping center Quayside Isle - located on Sentosa Island. 

Parallel does not only serve a - excuse our language - 'dang' good cup of coffee, but also offers a delicious menu of All Day Breakfast, Pastas, Acai Bowls, Kombucha on Tap, a large variety of Natural Wines and more! Their motto is "Coming to Parallel is like coming home".

Waitrr's technology allows customers to scan Waitrr's QR code to access Parallel's menu via their phone browser (NO app download required!). Customers send in their orders & pay, which will automatically be sent to Parallel's Revel POS system. Once the customers have enjoyed their coffee and meal, they may get on with their day, without having to wait for their bill. Easy! 

Today, Parallel are using Waitrr's solution to continuously improve their operational efficiency, manage staff shortages and minimise costs, while providing a seamless customer experience.
